Refund Policy

Refund Policy - the basics

I record packaging to protect both you and I so that there is proof the item was intact prior to shipment.  Should there be any damage to the product, I can issue credit or refund only if the item was damaged or lost in transit.  I cannot replace the item as these handbags are one of one and I do not carry multiples as they are part of mine and my family's personal collection. 

What to include in the Refund Policy

Generally speaking, a Refund Policy often addresses these types of issues: the timeframe for asking for a refund; will the refund be full or partial; under which conditions will the customer receive a refund; and much, much more.
